• All delegates who have registered for MAPSCON 2024 conference.

Guidelines for Submitting Abstracts

• Abstracts must be in scope of plastic surgery and submitted in English.
• The text of the abstract should include Aim, Materials and Methods, Results, Discussion and Conclusions.
• The abstract should not be more than 300 words. The abstract should be submitted as a PDF Document. DO NOT DISCLOSE IDENTITY OF PRESENTOR/INSTITUTE IN THE ABSTRACT.
• The sent abstract should not have been published earlier or not have been awarded prize previously.
• Please send a separate abstract for each paper to be presented.
• Please be sure to mention a correct Name, Email address where further communications may be sent to you.
• A certificate of presentation will be given to the presenting author only.
• Please note that ALL abstract forms with Abstract PDF and Certificate from the head of department are to be emailed to: mapscon2024@gmail.com
• All presenters must register for the Conference before the deadline of submission of the abstract to be able to present a paper. Abstracts will be considered for acceptance only after registration is confirmed by the Organizing Committee.
• We will start accepting abstracts submission from Wednesday, 1 st November, 2023 and the final closing date for submission of abstracts will be the midnight of Sunday, 31 st December, 2023. Decision of scientific committee will be final.

Reel Fest

Showcase your work through Reels at MAPSCON 2024.
A prize will be awarded for the top three reels.
MAPSCON 2024, Pune, is providing a platform for all delegates to showcase not only their best plastic surgical work and their efforts to contribute to plastic surgery awareness but also to get reward and recognition for the effort.

Eligibility

• All delegates who have registered for MAPSCON 2024 conference.

Guidelines for submission of reels

• All presenters must register for the Conference before the deadline of submission of the reel to be able to participate in Reel Fest. Reels will be considered for acceptance only after registration is confirmed by the Organizing Committee.
• Submission is restricted to one reel per participant.
• Duration of reel should not be exceeding 90 seconds.
• Reel should be submitted in the MP4 file format only. It is advisable to shoot reel in 1080px x 1920px with 9:16 aspect ratio.
• Reel may have a clear, distortion free, good volume audio voice-over. Original or copyright free background music can be added.
• Any legal liability will be with reel maker and MAPSCON 2024 will not be responsible for the same.
  Undertaking (to be submitted at time of submitting the reel on letterhead of the Surgeon submitting the reel).
  “I hereby declare that all the above details entered are correct. I agree that my reel will abide by the guidelines of the Indian Copyright Act 1957. I have acquired all the necessary permissions, consents of the actors / patients / relatives / performers in the reel in writing and will share in case it is asked for by organising committee of MAPSCON 2023. The used footage is solely owned by me with copyright permissions for any sourced clips from other authors. The music and background score are also legally acquired by me.”
• We will start accepting reels from Wednesday, 1 st November, 2023 and the final closing date for submission of reels will be the midnight of Wednesday, 31st January, 2024.

• Decision of organising committee will be final.
